Litepanels at Superbowl XLV |
It was press day here in Dallas, just a few days before Superbowl XLV. Over 5,000 members of the press and nearly as many Litepanels lights were on hand to cover the hours of interviews as the countdown to the big day begins. Litepanels lightweight but powerful MicroPro On-Camera LED light could be seen throughout the masses of media personnel jockeying for position to interview the players. The big hit of media day was Pittsburgh Steelers defensive end Brett Keisel’s “best beard in sports” and several of the Litepanels battery powered 1x1 LED lights were in use to highlight the long locks and thick beard of the 6-foot-5 and 285 pound mountain man.

Litepanels Sola ENG LED Fresnel Lights

Litepanels much anticipated Sola ENG LED Fresnel model, which has already garnered major industry awards, is now shipping. Offering beam control of 10° to 70°, the revolutionary new daylight-balanced Solas provide the controllability and single-shadow properties inherent in a Fresnel light, but utilize just a fraction of the power of conventional fixtures.
