We have four authorized Repair and Service Centers, one in the United States and three in Europe. These facilities are tasked with performing physical repairs and service on Litepanels products. For technical inquiries, product support questions or product information, please use the appropriate contacts listed in top section of this page.
To obtain service or replacement of a product under warranty or outside of warranty, authorization to return the product, and shipping information, contact Litepanels’ Authorized Service Center by completing and submitting the Service/Repair Form. The product must be shipped prepaid with the proof of purchase to the address provided at the time of authorization. Litepanels’ Authorized Service Center will inform you if any repairs are required that are not covered by the product warranty, or would result in charges not already approved by you, prior to making such repairs.
