Terms & Conditions - Astra Prize Draw (22nd April 2025)
1. Eligibility
1.1. This prize draw is open to all customers of Videndum aged 18 or over, except employees of Videndum, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
1.2. Entry is limited to one submission per person.
2. How to Enter
2.1. Participants must complete the Litepanels form submission and accept the terms and conditions to be eligible for the prize draw.
2.2. Entries must be submitted by 5:45pm EST on the 22nd April 2025. Late entries will not be considered.
3. The Prize
3.1. The prize is one (1) Gemini 1×1 Soft (SKU: 945-1301) valued at $1500.
3.2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
3.3. Videndum reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
4. Winner Selection
4.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
4.2. The draw will take place on 22nd April 2025.
4.3. The winner will be announced during the live and notified via email or phone within 7 working days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Videndum reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5.1. By entering, participants agree that any personal data provided may be held and used by Videndum for the purposes of administering the prize draw and contacting the winner.
