We at Litepanels are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Rodney Charters, ASC, CSC, NZCS.
Rodney was instrumental in the launch of our brand. While our team built the gear, it was Rodney who embraced this first-of-its-kind LED technology, putting it to work on the hit show 24 in 2001. We remain grateful that he consistently gave credit to our new lighting tools for helping bring his vision to the screen.
Our thoughts are with his family, his friends, and the entire cinematography community. Thank you for your trust and your art, Rodney.
